Edo State Governor Appoints Osaghae Collins Amadin as Special Adviser on Digital Resources

Benin City – In a significant move to bolster the digital transformation agenda of Edo State, Governor Senator Monday Okpebholo has appointed Osaghae Collins Amadin as Special Adviser to the Governor on Digital Resources (Edo South), effective April 10, 2026.

The appointment, announced in a letter signed by Umar Musa Ikhilor, Esq., Secretary to the State Government, is part of the administration’s efforts to leverage digital technology to drive development and improve governance in the state.

According to sources, Amadin’s appointment is expected to bring expertise in digital resource management to the Governor’s office, particularly in Edo South. His role will focus on harnessing digital opportunities to enhance governance, promote e-governance, and drive innovation in the state.
